I cannot praise Peter and the Gourmet Hog Roast Company Kent highly enough for the excellent service they provided for our daughter's wedding in this August. From our initial contact with Peter, through the planning stages, to the actual catering on the day, Peter was organised, attentive,wonderful at calming nerves and presented us and our guests with wonderful food on the day- from the canapés, though the main course and desserts, to the delicious late night toasties! Of all the aspects of organising the wedding, the catering was the easiest! Thank you all.
Our annual company BBQ was catered for by the Gourmet Hog Roast Company for the 2nd year in a row. Olly and Eleanor attended on the day, very professional service from booking though to the event. Everything required was provided, including bamboo plates and wooden cutlery, the quality of food was superb with allergies and special dietary requirement catered for. Very professional and friendly service on the day. We look forward to rebooking in 2025.
Totally professional set up; presentation and quality of food was superb. We're in Kent and our chef was Peter - but I believe every outfit runs to the same spec. Peter catered for just under 100 people with Italian Hog Roast. There was plenty of food and GF and vegetarian options were available. Disposable bamboo plates and cutlery were of very high quality. Would highly recommend and need to find another occasion to use them again!
We had the Gourmet Hog Roast company come to our house on Saturday for my brother's 60th Birthday. There were 70 guests. Valter, was excellent, He came, set up, cooked for all the people on his own, and did a great job. So many of the guests commented on how great the food was. He was so attentive to the guests, who were vegetarian & gluten free, and it was not problem at all. Gourmet Hog Roast provided the catering for my grandmother’s memorial garden party recently – and we could not have been more delighted. Communication in the run up to the event was easy, and special requests were all met positively. The food was generous, delicious and all bang on time, and the service provided by Volter on the day was perfect. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he operated a total CAN DO mindset. He interacted perfectly with everyone (and there were all generations present!), and he felt like part of the family by the end of the afternoon. The clear up operation was swift and impeccable. By the time he left you wouldn’t have known he’d ever been there – apart from 45 very full and satisfied guests! Value for money was excellent and we couldn’t recommend GHR more strongly.
